Just a day earlier, his colleague Chizzy Alichi shared their conversation as they collaborated on a project.
In a video where the veteran was seen with a sacrifice, she mentioned that Kanayo told her that sacrifices need to be made occasionally, with no turning back.
While receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Governor of Kwara State, Kanayo issued a warning to Toyin Abraham, advising her to steer clear of speaking to him at 1 a.m. or risk vanishing to his coven.
In a similar vein, Kanayo scheduled a meeting with singer Portable after Portable expressed his desire to claim his ritual crowns. Kanayo set an appointment for him to meet during a dangerous hour.
Throughout his career, Kanayo has gained notoriety for his roles in movies about money rituals, and when discussing this, he clarified that he does not partake in any actual sacrifices, emphasizing that what he knows is Jesus.
The veteran actor, regarded as one of the most respected in Nollywood, stated that he will continue performing nighttime rituals as long as they financially benefit him.
He also shed light on some of his roles, particularly one where he needs to enter a coffin. He explained that he doesn’t bless himself or ward off unseen forces when portraying characters that require him to enter coffins.
He justified this by saying that God bestowed upon him a talent, which is why he feels no need to purify himself when acting in such roles.
